This was my first time learning and writing poetries. I learned about three kinds of poetries. They are haiku, diamante, and cinquain. I was mostly interesting about cinquain. There are three patterns of cinquain. First pattern was using how many words. Second pattern was using noun, adjective, end with word –ing. Last pattern was using syllables. I did pattern one for the homework. I wrote about basketball. It was fun and interesting.
I want to learn more about poetry. I think it will be interesting when I learn about poetry again.

ReplyDeleteI too like writing cinquain poems. At first, I thought they would be really hard to write, but they are quite fun. One of the things that I liked about reading your poems, was learning that you like basketball. I did not know this about you. I am glad that you want to try writing more poetry in the future. I think you are very good at it.
